Other paths I've walked
In addition to my employment above, I have also participated in various leadership capacities at Eastside Christian Church (Vacaville), Central Christian Church (San Jose), Burlingame Presbyterian Church (Burlingame), Sequoia Christian Church (Redwood City), and Calvary Lutheran Church (Millbrae). I spent several years writing songs and traveling as a musician with True Faith, a Filipino singing group from Southern California, and Won By One, a college worship band from San Jose Christian College. In between ministry jobs, I was a service attendant for Shell, a dispatcher for the City of Napa, a cook for Encore corporate catering, a delivery and container truck driver for DHL, and a cook in the school kitchen at San Jose Christian College (now Jessup University). My very first job was picking up garbage during lunch at Redwood Middle School. I made $15/week.
And that's far more than you ever really wanted to know, now, isn’t it! 😉
